About the Role
We are seeking a Motion & Control Robotics Engineer to join a robotics motion team focused on enabling precise locomotion, manipulation, and coordinated movement in humanoid robotic platforms.
This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for candidates with strong expertise in robotics, motion planning, control systems, and real-world hardware integration.
Key Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following:

At least 2 years of professional experience programming in Python

At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ROS2

At least 2 years of experience in robot motion planning and control systems
Candidates who do not meet these minimum requirements are unlikely to be considered.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for robotic locomotion and manipulation

Collaborate with software, AI, and hardware teams to integrate motion systems into complex robotic platforms

Develop perception-to-manipulation pipelines and control solutions for coordinated movement

Apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning or optimization methods to improve motion and real-time decision making

Test, debug, and validate robotic systems in simulation and on physical hardware

Research and evaluate emerging robotics technologies and algorithms
Additional Requirements

Masters degree in Robotics Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows

Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have

Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch

Experience with simulation tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim
