About the Role

We are seeking a Motion & Control Robotics Engineer to join a robotics motion team focused on enabling precise locomotion, manipulation, and coordinated movement in humanoid robotic platforms.

This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for candidates with strong expertise in robotics, motion planning, control systems, and real-world hardware integration.

Key Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience programming in Python

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ROS2

  • At least 2 years of experience in robot motion planning and control systems

Candidates who do not meet these minimum requirements are unlikely to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for robotic locomotion and manipulation

  • Collaborate with software, AI, and hardware teams to integrate motion systems into complex robotic platforms

  • Develop perception-to-manipulation pipelines and control solutions for coordinated movement

  • Apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning or optimization methods to improve motion and real-time decision making

  • Test, debug, and validate robotic systems in simulation and on physical hardware

  • Research and evaluate emerging robotics technologies and algorithms

Additional Requirements

  • Masters degree in Robotics Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles

  • Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows

  • Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch

  • Experience with simulation tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim
