About the Opportunity

This role focuses on leading enterprise-grade integrations in a cloud-native ecosystem built on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

You will architect and deliver scalable integrations between core hospitality platforms and third-party systems using modern API and messaging frameworks.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring strong architecture depth and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and development of scalable microservices using Java (8+) and Spring Boot

  • Architect and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, Kafka, and messaging frameworks

  • Design cloud-native solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams

  • Oversee full SDLC within Agile methodology

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

  • Ensure scalability, security, data consistency, and fault tolerance

  • Support deployment, release, and production stability

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Java development experience

  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud microservices

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS/Azure/GCP

  • Solid API integration experience (REST/SOAP)

  • Messaging systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

  • Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle PL/SQL preferred)

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

  • Version control using Git

  • Proven technical leadership experience

Preferred Experience

  • Hospitality domain experience

  • Experience integrating hospitality platforms such as Opera Cloud PMS

  • OCI or other cloud certifications

  • Exposure to AI-driven integrations or LLM-based solutions is a plus
