Corevist is searching for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Corevist product for our SAP B2B eCommerce clients. The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the client and our internal development teams to provide e-commerce solutions enabled by SAP processes. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who is skilled at mapping business requirements to technical capabilities and managing concurrent implementation projects. Project Managers will be responsible for project management, integration testing and support. He/she will ensure the business requirements and eCommerce goals are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

Manage concurrent client implementation projects, from scoping to go live in production, taking full responsibility for delivering on projects with a high degree of customer satisfaction

Conduct client facing project initiation workshops, focus groups, milestone reviews and user acceptance testing

Develop & deliver SOWs & project plans, resource schedules, milestone deliverables, project schedules, project team and tracking budgeted vs actual time

Act as team leader for off-shore development teams assigned to your clients

Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients through engagement, listening skills and industry & product knowledge

Manage reporting and resolution of issues, identifying dependencies and gaps, mitigating risks, and driving actions to close issues

Provide project leadership to include managing client expectations, champion the business case for change, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions

Collaborate with Project Owners & scrum teams to successfully complete customer SOWs through clear communication, strong leadership, prioritization and development of relationships with team members, clients and all stakeholders

Triage and manage customer support issues & escalations


    B2B/B2C eCommerce experience, including order-to-cash or supply chain management

    SAP experience strongly preferred

    Strong teamwork, communication and project leadership abilities

    Knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies as well as rationalizing development work and leading execution

    Management of concurrent customer implementation projects of varying complexity

    Detail oriented, self-directed with strong independent problem solving skills

    Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Google tools (drive, docs, etc), CRM tools and JIRA

    Highly customer facing, strong problem solver & communicator. Highly collaborative. Strong executive presence

    Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative

    Track record of professional success, preferably in the B2B eCommerce consulting services arena

    Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams

    Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies

    Negotiation, risk management, project financials, KPIs & project status reporting

    Bachelors degree required;

    PMP certification preferred

    Home office/remote work area with strong internet required

    Some travel may be required for client meetings
