Opportunity

The Finance & Operations Manager will support Corevist’s global organization by optimizing the positive impact of the financial function on the business and our clients. This is an Individual Contributor position that will work cross-functionally to manage a multitude of general responsibilities across multiple entities US and International.

This position will report to the CEO, working closely with all levels of the organization across various departments to ensure corporate targets are met.

Location

Must be based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area and capable of commuting to our HQ office in RTP multiple times a week. This is a hybrid work position; at times work from home and work remote is perfectly fine.

Major Responsibilities

- Financial Operations

  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes

  • Uncover opportunities for efficiencies and improvements

  • Manage collections process and oversee accounts receivable

  • Manage contracts, pricing and the ‘deal desk’ for new and existing accounts

- People & Admin

  • Process payroll, including bonus and commission plan administration

  • Work directly with the CEO and department heads to develop and administer the company's bonus strategy and plans

  • Provide operational support for the administrative areas of the business (eg, 401k, health benefits, office management)

- Strategic Support

  • Analyze and report on financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis in formats needed for board, investors and senior management team

  • Manage audits, state filings/fees/taxes and related financial efforts

  • Collaborate directly with external stakeholders including board members, VCs, and financial institutions

  • Support annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-5 years of business experience in accounting or similar field; SaaS expertise is highly desirable

  • Knowledge of and experience with GAAP accounting

  • Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year university or college; MBA or CPA a plus

  • An entrepreneurial/small company mindset

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems individually or within a team

  • Familiarity with Quickbooks Online, Salesforce, Excel (advanced functions), and Slack. Experience implementing or optimizing workflows with these tools is a plus.
