Corevist is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing​ (Director or VP) to lead our high-performing Marketing department. The successful candidate will possess both the ability to engage the marketplace with the Corevist story, while also possessing strong analytical and decision-making skills. This individual will be able to operate at multiple levels, executing in the trenches while also providing strategic leadership on our Executive team. This experienced marketer will collaborate with the Senior Leadership, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive brand awareness, engagement and demand to take the company through its next phase of growth.                                        

Duties/Responsibilities

Engage the marketplace with compelling stories of the success driven by Corevist Commerce that leads to decisive action by the target market.

Collaborate with the Finance, Sales and Client Success teams to build, execute and deliver on a shared revenue plan to grow the Corevist business with both new and existing clients.

Communicate the value proposition of Corevist products for sales enablement, developing the sales tools that support sales at each stage of the pipeline.

Participate in the launch of new products and releases, managing the cross-functional implementation of the launch plans.                                                    

Analyze target market information to identify, develop and own effective marketing approaches that deliver compelling ROI.

Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team.                                                  

Actively maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive arena, including emerging products and services. Develop and maintain current competitive positioning, with specific messages and other tools to enable the Sales team.

Manage the MarTech stack, leveraging marketing automation and other tools to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

 Constantly challenge existing programs through testing, measuring campaign and message effectiveness. Improve on what works and quickly move away from activities that don’t.

 Manage influencer, analyst, and PR/media relations, including cultivating and developing affiliations with industry thought leaders.                                                                                     

Oversee brand messaging and standards, ensuring compliance and consistency across all marketing and communications channels.      

Required Experience/Skills

10+ years SaaS or software marketing experience, leading or establishing brand, product, content, and demand marketing at a high-growth company. B2B software strongly preferred.

Proven ability to successfully position software products in the market, working with Sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing the velocity and rate of closing deals.

Demonstrated success in crafting compelling corporate messaging, translating product features and functionality into business and technical benefits. Experience with multiple software product launches/releases.

Consistent track record of revenue marketing success, shown through shaping and launching integrated campaigns that quickly achieve revenue growth and dominate the competitive, enterprise marketplace.       

Startup growth mentality and lean marketing approaches are required.

Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to cultivate, motivate and inspire teams.

Ability to effectively partner with all functions. Adept at influencing colleagues at all levels and building consensus in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.                     

Experience with enterprise, account-based marketing plays is desired.

Full-stack marketer, with experience in standing up/managing the martech and sales stacks.

Partner and channel marketing experience is desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
