Role Overview:

Corevist is looking for a Associate Technical Product Manager with some experience eliciting and documenting customer requirements while working in an agile environment. This person will help guide and manage the delivery of an e-commerce platform, designed to help assist manufacturers in transforming their customer experience digitally. If you excel at working with customers, go-to-market teams, and especially engineering teams to untangle complexity and deliver impact, we’d love to work with you. To be successful in this role, you will need to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, identify what is important, clarify next steps, collaborate effectively with other teams and focus on outcomes in order to create value for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Ideation: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points and develop solutions to alleviate those pain points. Collaborate with clients, our Engineering team, and our UX consultant to define product requirements and implement innovative solutions.

Features: Support product documentation processes by developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria. Refine the Product Backlog and work with the Product team to prioritize features appropriately.

Product Development: Take on some Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating and participating in agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and Sprint Review.

Roadmapping: Support product team in incorporating feature requests into the quarterly product roadmap.

Communication: Become an expert in the product functionality, and enable the Sales and Client Success teams with training and support. Write internal and external release and status communications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1-3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably at a B2B SaaS company working daily with Scrum teams.

    Ability to interpret and translate technical capabilities and constraints for non-technical audiences in addition to the ability to clearly document technical solutions for technical audiences.

    Fluency in agile and Scrum principles and methodology (CSPO/CSM certifications are a plus).

    Organized, with a problem-solving mindset, and comfortable presenting to and facilitating groups.

    Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.

    Familiarity with JIRA (or other work management tools) and Slack.
