AI / ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business challenges. This role focuses on building predictive systems, analyzing large datasets, and integrating AI solutions into production environments to drive automation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering for production-grade applications

• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

• Integrate and deploy solutions in secure cloud environments including Amazon Web Services GovCloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock

• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, metadata catalogs, and ontologies to support high-quality AI data workflows

• Develop and maintain REST APIs and SDK integrations for seamless system and model interaction

• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver solutions using secure coding and DevOps best practices (CI/CD)

• Document technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience developing AI/ML solutions using Python, including integration with REST APIs and SDKs

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering in production environments

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

• Proven experience working with cloud AI platforms including Amazon Web Services GovCloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ontologies, metadata catalogs, and ETL processes

• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and modern DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/agentic platforms such as Anthropic (Anthropic for Gov), OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, or xAI (Grok Enterprise)

• Knowledge of metadata catalog platforms (MCP) and advanced API development techniques

• Experience working in government or highly regulated cloud environments with an understanding of compliance and security standards
