About the job Relationship Manager
Responsible for converting existing relationships to the Firm, acquiring, managing, and growing client investment portfolios by providing tailored financial solutions aligned with clients goals. The Relationship Manager drives business growth through proactive sales efforts, market development initiatives, and relationship-building activities that is directed towards deepening the Firms share of the clients wallet. These activities include regular client conversation to update on markets, products, portfolio performance and the clients other investment activities. The role also entails continuous portfolio management, market monitoring, and the strategic positioning of pooled fund instruments.
In addition, the Relationship Manager plays a key role in business development by leading investment-related events, collaborating with key stakeholders, and increasing relationship breadth through networking and nurturing relationships with existing clients and prospects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily responsible for the conversion of existing client relationships to the Firm, to drive the influx of fresh AUM Deepen and expand the Firms client base by nurturing high-value relationships, leveraging personal networks, and positioning Affinity as a preferred wealth partner.
- Communicate macroeconomic and market developments and translate into actionable investment strategies for clients.
- Ensure client portfolios are aligned with both current opportunities and long-term financial objectives.
- Manage and grow client assets through proactive monitoring, retention strategies, and portfolio rebalancing.
- Deepen client wallet share for the Firm through professional and results oriented investment management.
- Represent Affinity in exclusive client sessions, corporate briefings, and high-level industry forums, reinforcing the firms brand as a thought leader in wealth management.
- Adhere strictly to SEC, BSP, and IC requirements.
- Maintain the highest level of professional integrity and client confidentiality.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, asset management, or related fields; Minimum client relationship with at least an AUM of PHP two (2) billion or its foreign currency equivalent
- CISOL licensure exam, CUSP licensure exam (Employer can assist in obtaining these)
