Job Role: Part-Time Aesthetician

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Working Hours: 3 days a week

Salary: Up to £20 PH plus commission structure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time aesthetician to join our fast-paced clinic located in Knightsbridge, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a leading doctor in the industry and contribute to the success of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments and procedures to clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivering outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with the lead doctor in assessing client needs and developing customized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate consultations with clients to determine their goals and address any concerns or questions.
  • Administer Hydrafacial and Emsculpt treatments, with preference given to candidates with prior experience.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to educate clients on available services and products, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of skincare, dermatological issues, and current industry trends in order to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Consistently adhere to clinic protocols and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain excellent record-keeping and documentation related to treatments and client progress.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 qualification in Aesthetician studies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of advanced aesthetic procedures.
  • Preferably, experience with Hydrafacial and Emsculpt treatments. However, candidates with similar experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced clinic environment, providing exceptional customer service and achieving client satisfaction.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell treatments and products to clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of dermatological issues, skincare products, and treatments.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and address their concerns and expectations.
  • A high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of work.

Compensation:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay rate of up to £20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a commission structure will be in place to reward successful upselling of services.
