Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our bespoke skincare brand team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the skincare industry and a passion for driving sales and expanding our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and achieve sales targets
  • Attend morning meetings on Microsoft Teams and work in the Brighton office during afternoons
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to engage with potential clients and showcase our products
  • Utilize your knowledge of skin care to effectively communicate the benefits of our bespoke products to potential clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless customer service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the skin care industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of skin care products and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work at trade shows as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other relevant software
