We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Patient Advisor to join our small, successful, and friendly team at our prestigious clinic in London. Our clinic is led by a world-renowned aesthetic doctor, global trainer, and international speaker specialising in fillers, body treatments, and lasers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalised attention to our patients
• Assist with reception and administrative duties, ensuring smooth clinic operations
• Utilise your knowledge of the aesthetics industry to educate and advise patients on suitable treatments
• Confidently upsell services to maximise patient satisfaction and clinic revenue
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide a welcoming and professional environment for patients

Requirements

• Previous experience in the aesthetics industry, ideally within a clinic in London
• Proven reception and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a small team
• A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the clinic and its patients
