About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking, energetic, and experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the beauty and aesthetics industry. You will take ownership of developing and implementing the UK marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement the UK marketing plan to support brand growth

• Understand and champion a disruptive, science-backed, lifestyle-focused brand approach

• Support customer training strategies and lead workshop and event coordination

• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), internal teams, and external agencies

• Manage digital marketing initiatives to grow brand exposure (B2B and B2B2C)

• Support the Sales Team with marketing communication around offers and promotions

• Represent the brand at key national and international aesthetic congresses and meetings

• Drive market research efforts to identify growth opportunities in the UK aesthetic market

• Collaborate closely with international colleagues to align marketing efforts

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience within the aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness industries

• Strong understanding of both scientific messaging and lifestyle branding

• Proven record of meeting and exceeding performance targets

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Marketing qualification desirable; sales experience a bonus

• Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)

• Full, clean UK driving licence essential

• Right to work in the UK mandatory
