Full-Time | Monday-Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm| Hybrid Administrative Work |

About the Role:

As an Aesthetician, you'll be delivering advanced skin treatments, supporting medical-led services, and driving skincare product and treatment course sales. You'll be expected to manage your own client column, nurture relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the business by maximising results for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to a high clinical standard

  • Perform phlebotomy procedures confidently and safely

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalised treatment plans

  • Drive skincare and treatment course sales with a consultative, results-led approach

  • Build client loyalty and trust through professional, tailored service

  • Contribute to new business by networking and client referrals. 

    Use down time proactively to support admin tasks which may be carried out remotely
  • Maintain treatment documentation and clinical compliance standard w

    ork collaboratively with the medical team while managing your own client flow

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 4 or 5 qualified Aesthetician

  • Certified and confident in phlebotomy

  • Experience running an independent treatment column

  • Proven ability to drive sales through skincare retail and treatments

  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and protocols

  • Confident with skin consultations and treatment planning

  • Highly organised, self-disciplined and commercially aware. 

    Able to work well independently and contribute positively to a wider clinical team

Required Treatment Experience:

  • Microneedling

  • Chemical peels

  • Radiofrequency and skin tightening

  • Hydration facials and bespoke skin therapies

  • VTCT Level 4 in Laser and IPL

  • Phlebotomy trained

Role Details:
