Job Description:

We are looking for an Aesthetician with a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapist qualification to join our nurse-led clinic in Hitchin. This position will be part-time initially with flexible hours and days, potentially transitioning to full-time for the right candidate once the brand new clinic opens in June 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and ensure the comfort of clients at our clinic
• Provide exceptional service performing various treatments including HydraFacial, chemical peels, micro-needling, laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency, Skin Pen, and Dermalux LED
• Manage appointment requests and client communication
• Support administrative tasks for smooth clinic operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Beauty Therapist qualification with additional certifications in relevant treatments
• Demonstrated high level of patient care and risk assessment skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer service
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and phone call handling
• Experience in appointment management with attention to detail
• Passion for the field and willingness to stay updated on the latest trends
