We are now recruiting a driven and experienced Area Sales & Business Development Manager to join their UK team and play a key role in expanding the brands national reach.

Objectives of the Role

  • Represent the brand effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the holistic aesthetics approach

  • Develop the business across injectables, devices, cosmeceuticals, and future innovations

  • Manage key accounts and develop strong partnerships with clinics across the UK

  • Achieve company targets by detailed planning, reporting, and commitment to KPIs

  • Lead the introduction and integration of new products and treatment protocols into client clinics

  • Generate leads and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and skills to stay ahead of market trends

  • Provide clinical training and support in treatment protocols

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and grow market presence

  • Achieve and exceed KPIs as set by the Commercial Director

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing their business needs

  • Deliver product and protocol training to clients and their teams

  • Organise and coordinate workshops, customer training sessions, and business development events

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, congresses, and industry events in line with brand strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a sales or business development role within the aesthetic medicine sector (preferably in dermal fillers)

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

  • Excellent experience across the full sales process: lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals

  • Existing customer network in the aesthetic sector highly desirable

  • Experience delivering clinical training in aesthetics

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

  • Ability to travel nationally (minimum 40% travel requirement)

  • Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential
