Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant packaging operations for finished goods.

• Packaging output meets delivery timelines
• Packing standards comply with customer requirements
• Packaging costs and material usage are controlled

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing operations
• Develop and document packing procedures
• Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams
• Monitor packaging material inventory
• Enforce safety standards within the department

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or higher in Manufacturing or Operations
• 3+ years experience in garment, footwear, or bag manufacturing
• Packaging material knowledge is a nice-to-have
• English communication required
