Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Provide technical expertise to improve garment construction, quality, and production standards.

• Technical issues are resolved effectively
• Fit and workmanship standards are consistently applied
• Local technical capability is strengthened

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on sewing, cutting, pattern making, and machine usage
• Support internal teams with technical problem-solving
• Establish fitting and workmanship standards
• Communicate specifications clearly to internal teams
• Develop training materials and support technician development

Candidate Profile

• Certificate or higher in garment technology or related discipline
• 3+ years experience with woven outerwear or activewear
• Solid understanding of garment construction
• English proficiency required; Chinese is a nice-to-have
