Our client is a consulting firm focused on digital transformation, IT strategy, and regulatory compliance across Southeast Asia. They work with a diverse portfolio of organizations in healthcare, consumer services, and professional services sectors. For this opportunity, the selected candidate will be deployed full-time at one of their key clients, an established healthcare and consumer-focused company undergoing operational modernization through technology.

This role offers a dynamic and hands-on environment where coordination, responsiveness, and the ability to work across multiple teams are key. You will be part of a high-performing support structure with guidance from experienced consultants while contributing directly to impactful system operations.

Opportunity Details

  • Working Location: On-site at client facility in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

  • Working Time: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (some flexibility based on operational needs)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Compensation: Up to 30 million VND gross/month

  • Benefits: 13th-month bonus, health insurance, development support from experienced mentors

  • Reporting Line: Reports to the consulting firms Chief Operations Officer

  • Team Management: Individual contributor


Role Purpose

The ERP Assistant will support the daily operation and ongoing optimization of a Microsoft Dynamics-based ERP system already implemented at the clients site. You will act as the central coordination point between internal users, technical vendors, and consultants, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, user needs are met, and the system supports business goals efficiently.

This is not a technical implementation role but a functional bridge between operations and technology. It is ideal for someone with a hands-on mindset, solid ERP knowledge, and strong coordination skills.


Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site first point of contact for ERP-related issues, requests, and user support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, ERP vendors, and consultants to resolve open issues

  • Follow up on tasks such as data mapping, OCR reading accuracy, and workflow inconsistencies

  • Provide ERP training and guidance to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and functionality

  • Document system updates, fixes, and known issues for long-term reliability and knowledge sharing

  • Contribute to planning and coordinating system enhancements, including CRM or BI tool integrations

Additional Responsibilities

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior consultants and ensure closure

  • Participate in discussions to align system features with evolving operational workflows


Requirements

Must-have Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems (support or implementation)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable mid-to-large-scale ERP platforms

  • Solid understanding of ERP workflows, user support, and cross-functional coordination

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or BI tools is advantageous

  • Ability to track, document, and follow through on system-related issues

  • Fluent in Vietnamese; strong English proficiency (essential for liaising with external vendors and international consultants)

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Exposure to fast-paced sectors such as FMCG, logistics, or healthcare is preferred
