Opportunity Details

  • Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City

  • Working Time: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Compensation: Aligned with experience level

  • Reporting Line: Reports to the Delivery Director and General Manager

  • Team Management: No direct reports initially


Role Purpose

This role serves as a dual-function leader in both pre-sales solutioning and project delivery for ERP implementations, with a focus on ODOO. It is designed to strengthen the client’s ability to close qualified deals and ensure delivery success across a growing portfolio of manufacturing-focused ERP projects. The person in this role will translate client needs into feasible ERP solutions and guide implementation efforts from initiation to go-live and beyond, providing ongoing support.


Main Objectives

  • Contribute to improving the effectiveness of pre-sales engagements and demo/POC delivery

  • Support successful, timely, and quality-focused project delivery across assigned implementations

  • Help maintain strong client satisfaction through professional communication and hands-on support


Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions with clients to surface business needs

  • Translate client needs into ERP solution designs using ODOO and other tools

  • Prepare and present tailored demos and proof-of-concept sessions

  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and effort estimates

  • Support Sales and BD teams in qualifying and converting leads

  • Oversee cross-functional delivery teams to implement ERP systems per project scope

  • Track and manage project deliverables, risks, and issues throughout the lifecycle

  • Ensure direct post-go-live support and client follow-up

  • Lead project reviews and drive continuous improvement

  • Maintain structured documentation and high-quality client communication


Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (required)

  • PMP or ODOO certification (nice-to-have)

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, ERP delivery, or IT project management (required)

  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle ERP implementations (required)

  • Exposure to manufacturing ERP environments (required)

  • Experience with ODOO (strongly preferred, but not mandatory)

  • Industry exposure to logistics, retail, or finance (nice-to-have)

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in ERP workflows and system configurations (required)

  • Familiarity with SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, or open-source ERP platforms (nice-to-have)

  • Proficiency in project management tools (required)

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination

  • Structured problem-solving and delivery focus

  • Persuasive and client-centric communication style

Knowledge Domain

  • ERP implementation methodologies and delivery standards (required)
