Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Ensure production machinery reliability and continuous improvement of equipment performance.

• Machine downtime meets agreed benchmarks
• Technical issues are resolved efficiently
• Equipment documentation remains accurate and current

Key Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and maintain sewing and production machines
• Diagnose mechanical issues impacting productivity
• Coordinate with machine suppliers on specifications and improvements
• Maintain technical drawings, manuals, and documentation
• Plan and execute technical improvement projects

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years experience with sewing and apparel production machinery
• Strong knowledge of tools, hardware design, and technical drawings
• English proficiency required
