Opportunity Details
Working Location: Hybrid, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Time: Standard business hours; flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend events
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up to 33,000,000 VND gross per month
Benefits: 13th-month salary

Team Management: May supervise interns or volunteers in the future
Role Purpose
This newly established role supports CEEC’s ongoing growth and engagement in Vietnam. The Community Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with members, organizing events and networking activities, and ensuring consistent communication within the CEEC community. The position plays a vital role in expanding membership, boosting engagement and retention, and increasing CEEC’s visibility in the market.
Main Objectives
Develop a framework for community growth and event organization within the first three months.
Build engagement with existing and new members through effective outreach and regular activities.
Achieve steady membership growth (target: at least one new member per month within the first year).
Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and event participation.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with current and potential CEEC members.
Plan, organize, and coordinate events, including networking sessions, workshops, and social gatherings.
Implement engagement initiatives to strengthen member retention and community participation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and providing them with relevant information.
Support the preparation of newsletters, social media updates, and other communication materials.
Gather and analyze member feedback to improve programs and activities.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and partners to ensure alignment with CEEC’s goals.
(Occasional) Assist with partnership and sponsorship coordination related to events.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (nice-to-have)
Professional Experience
3-5 years of experience in event planning, community management, or business development.
Proven ability to organize and execute thriving community or corporate events.
Experience working with European or international organizations (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with chambers of commerce, associations, or member-based organizations (nice-to-have).
Technical Skills
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with office and event coordination tools.
Experience with social media and content creation (nice-to-have).
