Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Ensure accurate, efficient warehouse operations across materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

• Inventory accuracy meets agreed standards
• Stock turnover and reporting are reliable
• Warehouse SOPs are consistently followed

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations
• Implement and maintain WMS processes
• Monitor stock movements and inventory levels
• Prepare reports and reviews for management
• Establish SOPs and performance standards
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or higher in Warehouse or Logistics Management
• 3+ years supervisory experience in large factories
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• English communication skills required
