Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Own fabric quality performance across suppliers and internal processes.

• Fabric defect rates are reduced
• Supplier performance is evaluated and improved
• Fabric inspection documentation is consistent and accurate

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve fabric quality issues
• Implement preventive measures to reduce defects
• Assess and evaluate fabric suppliers
• Train and support fabric quality teams
• Review and communicate fabric test results

Candidate Profile

• Technical education in Textile Technology or equivalent
• Strong woven fabric knowledge for functional wear
• Ability to interpret test reports and explain issues clearly
• English proficiency required
