Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose: Lead commercial growth by driving sales execution, expanding strategic client relationships, and building a disciplined sales team within a consultative, standards-driven service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve defined targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within regulated sectors.

  • Define and execute account strategies to drive retention and expansion.

  • Prepare proposals and lead negotiations for complex, consultative deals.

  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Additional training or certifications related to sales, quality, or management are nice-to-have.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling audit, certification, inspection, or compliance-related services (Required)

  • At least 3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team (Required)

  • Proven success in consultative sales with long sales cycles and complex stakeholders

  • Experience serving enterprise, industrial, or highly regulated clients

Technical Skills

  • Strong capability in sales strategy, pipeline management, and account development.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and performance tracking.

  • Ability to structure commercial proposals and lead negotiations.

Knowledge Domain

  • Experience selling into regulated or compliance-driven industries (Require).

  • Market dynamics in Vietnam related to quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
