About the Role
We are building a lean, automation-first consulting and outsourcing business that supports clients across Australia, the UAE, and the US. We design end-to-end automated operations using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, CRM/ERP systems, APIs, and AI tools.

Were looking for someone who loves automation, enjoys solving workflow problems, and can turn high-level process maps into working, error-free automations.
You will work directly with the founder to implement systems for clients in accounting, staffing, operations, and professional services.
What You Will Do
Implementation & Build
- Build automations using Make.com, Zapier, or n8n (must have real project experience)
- Connect APIs, webhooks, and third-party apps
- Configure and deploy CRM or ERP workflows (GHL / Xero / Zoho / Airtable / SAGE / Procore / Netsuite any relevant system)
- Create no-code and low-code integrations for client workflows
Troubleshooting & QA
- Diagnose automation errors, failed tasks, and workflow bottlenecks
- Test and refine logic to ensure reliability and data integrity
- Document implementations and create SOPs
Project & Client Support
- Work directly with the founder to translate business problems into automation solutions
- Assist with requirements gathering, mapping, and solution design
- Support clients during onboarding, training, and rollout
Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable)
To avoid dabblers, the must-haves are explicit:
- At least 12 years hands-on experience with Make.com OR Zapier OR n8n
(actual projects not just tutorials)
- Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, or custom actions
- Build experience with 2 or more platforms (CRM, ERP, HRIS, ATS, project management, accounting software, etc.)
- Strong debugging, testing, and logical thinking skills
- Comfortable reading API documentation
- Comfortable working with structured data (JSON, tables, schemas)
- Curious, self-learning, and genuinely interested in automation
If youve automated business processes and can show real examples, youre exactly who we want.
Bonus Skills (Not required but highly valued)
You will stand out if you have:
- Experience with ERP Next / Odoo / Zoho implementation
- Basic scripting skills (JavaScript / Python / Node)
- Xero or accounting system experience
- AI workflow experience (GPT tools, automation agents, etc.)
- Experience supporting SMEs or consulting environments
