About This Role
Countive is an Employer of Record and staff leasing business serving Australian accounting firms and global SMEs. We place skilled Filipino professionals directly with Australian employers and we need someone to build and manage the client pipeline that makes that happen.
This is a relationship-building role that runs on discipline, consistency, and follow-up. If you understand that most deals close on the fifth or sixth touchpoint and you are the kind of person who shows up for all six — this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify Australian accounting firms and SMEs as potential clients
- Send targeted outbound emails and LinkedIn messages — personalised, not blasted
- Follow up consistently across every prospect until you get a response or a clear no
- Track every touchpoint in a CRM — nothing falls through the cracks
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the director
- Re-engage cold prospects with repositioned messaging when needed
- Schedule and post approved social media content as part of the nurture sequence
- Report on pipeline activity daily — calls made, emails sent, responses received, follow-ups due
Daily KPIs
- 20–30 targeted outbound emails or LinkedIn messages
- 5–10 follow-up touches on existing pipeline
- 3–5 outbound calls minimum
- CRM updated same day, every day
What We're Looking For
- Confident, clear English — written and spoken. You will be communicating directly with Australian business owners. Non-negotiable.
- Minimum 2 years B2B outbound sales, business development, or account management experience
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails without being told twice
- Organised enough to manage a pipeline of 50–100 prospects simultaneously
- Not easily discouraged — this is a long game and you understand that
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email outreach tools is a plus
- AU business culture awareness is a strong advantage
Compensation
- Minimum wage base salary — stable, legally employed under Countive EOR
- ₱50,000 commission per successfully retained Countive EOR client — paid once the client passes the initial retention period
- You are not rewarded for signatures. You are rewarded for clients who stay.
- Uncapped — the pipeline you build is yours to close
- Laptop and workstation provided if required — equipment is not an excuse
Setup Requirements
Reliable primary internet with backup connection. Quiet, dedicated workspace. Headset for calls. Laptop or workstation provided if needed.
Daily Accountability
This role reports daily. End-of-day summary required — calls made, emails sent, responses received, follow-ups scheduled. No update means no activity. No activity means no fit.
This Role Is Not For You If
- You need daily motivation to make calls
- You disappear when results are slow
- You have never done outbound and think it sounds easy
- You want a comfortable base with minimal accountability
- You are currently employed full-time elsewhere or freelancing independently
