Countive Inc. runs a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for Philippine university students across all disciplines — engineering, marketing, business, psychology, and more. We match interns to real project work based on their skills and course background, with fully remote (WFH) offer available.

How to apply

1. Submit your application here, including your resume and a short cover letter (use the application form — no need to email us separately).
2. We review your profile and course fit within a few business days.
3. Shortlisted applicants complete a short self-recorded video interview (HireVire).
4. We confirm acceptance, required OJT hours, and start date directly with you and your university coordinator.

• Any discipline — we assess fit against current project needs (automation, marketing, business operations, data, admin, and more)
