About the Role


Were looking for a Construction Systems Integration Assistant to help implement, optimise, and support enterprise systems used across construction, finance, and project operations including SAGE & Procore, and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform.

Youll work closely with our systems and project team to ensure data integrity, automation, and smooth cross-platform performance.

This is a remote WFH technical operations role working with overseas client/s with opportunity to grow into a Systems Analyst or Engineer position over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with rollout, configuration, and maintenance of ERP, accounting, and construction management systems (SAGE).

  • Support Procore modules (Projects, Financials, Quality & Safety) and ensure proper integration with finance and analytics platforms.

  • Help design and document data workflows, dashboards, and automations using Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

  • Liaise with software vendors and internal users to troubleshoot, test, and deploy updates.

  • Maintain system access, user permissions, and process documentation.

  • Contribute to system optimisation, efficiency improvements, and data governance.


Ideal Candidate

  • 3-6 years experience in IT systems, data, or ERP administration (construction or engineering industry preferred).

  • Familiarity with one or more: SAGE IS A MUST.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools, Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent English communication; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Self-driven, highly organised, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
