What Youll Do

You wont be a tester. Youll be a builder. Your job is to create the logic that replaces repetitive tasks and accelerates backend delivery.

  • Build end-to-end no-code/low-code automations (Make.com, Zapier, GHL, Airtable)
  • Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into live systems
  • Solve process bottlenecks in recruitment, CRM, lead gen, and admin ops
  • Design and maintain logic maps, rollback plans, and documentation
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and cross-functional operators


What Were Looking For

  • Strong logic and execution mindset (you debug before you ask)
  • Experience with tools like Make.com, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, or GHL
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or JSON is a major plus
  • Hands-on use of ChatGPT or AI tools for workflow improvement
  • Able to work independently with little oversight

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starts at 25,00040,000/month

    Offer will depend on experience, location, certifications, and build capacity

  • Fully remote (async-friendly)
  • Work directly with the founder and senior tech leads
  • Role evolves with your ability: move from builder to potential lead within 6-12 months
  • HMO coverage after probation
  • Strong NDA, IP, and non-compete protections apply (this is a trusted position)

Important Notes

  • BYOD: You must use your own equipment (company-issued gear may be provided after probation)
  • This is not a checklist job - you'll build real systems from scratch
  • Respect for data, confidentiality, and intellectual property is non-negotiable
