  • Youve mastered a program, system, language, or workflow so well you could teach it

Starting Salary Estimate

  • Can clearly explain a task, process, or workflow via Loom or written SOP

  • Test new features, apps, or tools without waiting for approval

  • Think in systems, not tasks

  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on work (freelance, startup, agency, BPO we dont care, just prove it)

Dont Apply If You...

  • Only know how to use Gmail, Calendar, and Zoom

  • Have never trained anyone, improved a workflow, or written documentation

  • Rely on your degree or past titles instead of actual skills
