Role: Senior Draftsperson (Non-Managerial)

As a Senior Draftsperson, youll be responsible for high-quality drafting documentation across all project stages, including design, shop drawings, and as-constructed documentation. You will work on traditional buildings and modular constructions (container ships) for an Australian client and be required to work in Sydney AU time (8:30am-6pm AEST). 

Key Responsibilities:

Create & manage 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit drafting tasks.

Prepare accurate take-offs & documentation.

Support MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drafting projects.

Collaborate effectively and effeciently with engineers & project managers to clarify tasks.

Use Navisworks for clash detection and model integration.

Ensure high drafting standards and project deadlines are met.

Critical Requirements (Do NOT Apply Unless You Meet These!)

8+ Years AutoCAD Experience

3+ Years Full-Time Revit Experience (6+ years preferred)

3+ Years MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Drafting Experience 6+ years preferred)

3+ Years Navisworks Experience (6+ years preferred)

Ability to complete a Revit test in Makati or remotely before the final interview

Work-from-home setup & ability to start ASAP

Must submit work samples in BOTH AutoCAD & Revit 

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in:

Philippines, and able to work remotely with dedicated WFH Station. 

Must be able to attend an in-person Revit test in Makati before the final interview IF THEY CANNOT DO IT ONLINE using their own version of Revit. Potential for remote access MAY be possible. 

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience working on Australian (highly desired), US (preferred), or international projects.

Work-from-Home Setup Requirements

Dual monitors for efficient drafting workflow.

Noise-cancelling headset & microphone (clear virtual communication required).

Webcam (minimum resolution: 1028px).

️A laptop is supplied (if required by the client).
