Were looking for smart builders who can turn ideas into systems. If you love tinkering with tools like Make.com, Zapier, or Airtableand youve already used ChatGPT or Claude to speed things upyou might be a great fit.
This role is all about building. Not planning. Not project managing. Just rolling up your sleeves and helping us connect the wires behind real business workflowslike CRMs, lead gen, recruitment funnels, or AI tools.
You dont need a fancy degree. You do need to think clearly, build cleanly, and be hungry to grow.
What Youll Work On
- Build automations using Make.com, Zapier, GHL, and other tools
- Connect apps, reduce manual work, and make stuff run smoother
- Plug in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Runway, or InVideo
- Help us run faster behind the scenesboth internally and with clients
- Document what you build so others can follow (no spaghetti flows)
You Might Be Right If You
- Already built things using no-code tools (or learned fast by doing)
- Have real experience with Make.com or Zapier
- Know how to Google your way through an API problem
- Have used AI tools not just for play, but to solve problems
- Like clear direction, but also like figuring things out on your own
- Want a role where what you build gets usednot lost in planning docs
Role Details
- Start at 15K18K/month (project-based)
- Up to 25K/month (full-time) if you perform well and stay long-term
- Remote (must have your own computer + stable internet)
- Future team lead roles possible if you execute and earn trust
- R&D work available when things are quiet
️ Ground Rules
We move fast, but we take IP seriously. Youll sign:
- An NDA (confidentiality)
- An IP agreement (what you build stays here)
- A light training bond (we train you fast, you dont bounce fast)
Remote work is monitored. Fairly. Just focus and build.
