This position is reserved for experienced Australian-accounting professionals who have hands-on exposure to SAGE, Procore, and Xero.

Before You Apply

To be shortlisted, you must have:

At least 3 years of Australian accounting experience

Hands-on experience in SAGE, Procore, or Xero (two or more required)

Proven ability to prepare BAS / IAS and manage month-end reporting

Experience with construction or project-based accounting

Reliable written and spoken English, and responsiveness to email/Teams communication

About the Role

Youll be supporting a mid-sized Australian construction client migrating from Xero to SAGE ERP integrated with Procore.

Your scope will include:

• BAS/IAS lodgements, full EOM reporting, and reconciliations

• Accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash-flow forecasting

• ERP data migration and financial integrity checks

• Excel dashboards and automation (Power BI or low-code tools)

• Developing internal SOPs and documentation for ongoing accuracy

Youll work directly with the Head of Finance and collaborate with a small remote accounting team under a 4-week transition + 2-week shadowing period.

Compensation & Engagement

50,000 80,000 / month (verified against experience and technical skill)

• 13th month + HMO after 90 days

  Full-time, long-term (MondayFriday, 9 AM 6 PM Sydney time)

  Remote role with optional short in-person transition period (Cavite or nearby coworking).
