✅ Client Access to Candidate Information
• As a recruitment platform, Countive Digital facilitates the hiring process by sharing candidate profiles with potential employers (clients).
• Shared information may include resumes, skill assessments, and candidate summaries.
✅ Scope of Shared Information
Contact details and sensitive personal information are excluded unless:
• Explicitly requested by the client, and
• Explicit candidate consent is obtained before sharing, or
• If required by law (e.g., legal compliance, fraud investigations, or regulatory obligations).
✅ Client Data Retention Practices
• Once candidate information is shared with clients, Countive Digital cannot control how clients store or manage this data. However, we take measures to minimize unnecessary exposure by masking candidates on a first-name basis only during initial submissions.
• Clients are expected to comply with applicable data protection laws regarding candidate information storage and retention.
📌 Candidate Rights & Data Removal Requests
• If you have concerns about data held by a client, and you provide a valid affidavit or declaration witnessed and signed, Countive Digital will:
• Contact the client on your behalf to request data deletion.
• Ask the client to confirm whether they have retained any candidate data.
• However, we cannot guarantee a response or enforcement from the client.

✅ Countive Digital is not liable for the data collection, storage, or processing practices of clients, regardless of whether a candidate is hired.

Countive Digital’s role is limited to facilitating communication between the candidate and client. We are not responsible for how clients retain or manage candidate data after it has been shared for legitimate hiring purposes.
✅ This includes scenarios where:
• A candidate is hired, and the client retains their information as part of employment records.
• A candidate is not hired, but the client retains interview materials, assessments, or candidate summaries.
✅ Accidental Data Disclosure Disclaimer:
Countive Digital takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized or unintended sharing of candidate data. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental disclosures, including but not limited to:
• Full names, addresses, contact numbers, and emails.
• Government-issued IDs and clearances.
• Resumes, portfolios, sample works, and references.
• Third-party verification checks (e.g., background checks, employment history, certifications).
• Any personally identifiable information found in stored documents.
