Applies to all public, contractor, and internal referrals submitted to Countive Digital.
1οΈβ£ GENERAL REFERRAL POLICY
β Who Can Refer
We welcome referrals from:
β’ Contractors
β’ Clients and partners
β’ The general public
Exceptions:
β Candidates referring themselves
β Immediate family members of the candidate
β Clients attempting to bypass recruitment fees or directly hire through referral
β How to Submit a Referral
Referrals must be submitted through:
β’ Our official referral form
β’ Verified email channels
β’ Approved submission methods (e.g. LinkedIn DM if accepted by Countive)
Each referral must include:
β’ Candidateβs name
β’ Contact details
β’ Resume or LinkedIn (if available)
β’ Confirmation that the candidate has given consent
β Referral Acceptance Conditions
Referrals may be rejected or disqualified if:
β’ The candidate is already in our database
β’ The candidate has previously applied independently
β’ The referral is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable
β’ The referral is submitted after the candidate has already been contacted or hired
2οΈβ£ REFERRAL INCENTIVE STRUCTURE
π Referral Bonus Eligibility (If Program is Active)
A referral bonus will be paid only if all the following apply:
β’ The candidate is hired by Countive Digital or its clients
β’ The candidate remains employed for at least 60 calendar days
β’ There are no performance concerns or ongoing HR issues
β’ There is no known intent to resign, and the candidate is in good standing
β’ There is no evidence of collusion or manipulation of the referral process
Note: Specialist roles may qualify for higher bonuses depending on hiring difficulty and internal demand.

*Specialist = e.g. MEP Draftspersons, CPAs, Revit, engineers, tech/finance automation roles.
π Bonus Payment Timeline
β’ Payout is made within 10 business days after the candidate completes 60 days in the role.
β’ Referrer must provide preferred payment method (e.g. GCash, Wise, bank transfer) within 15 days of being contacted.
β’ If payment method is not submitted within 30 days of notice, the referral may expire.
β No Bonus Will Be Paid If:
β’ Candidate is terminated, resigns, or leaves before completing 60 days
β’ Candidate is flagged for performance issues or fails probation
β’ Referral was submitted after the hiring process already started
β’ The referrer submits false or misleading information
β’ There is evidence of referral fraud, such as:
β’ Coordinated resignation
β’ Fee avoidance
β’ Manipulated candidate data
3οΈβ£ CANDIDATE CONSENT & DATA PROTECTION
β Candidate Consent Required
All referrers must:
β’ Ensure the candidate has given explicit consent
β’ Acknowledge that Countive will contact the candidate for recruitment purposes only
π Data Usage & Privacy
β’ Candidate information is stored for hiring purposes only.
β’ Candidates can request deletion of their data at any time.
β’ Referrals may become ineligible if the candidate requests deletion before hire.
4οΈβ£ NON-SOLICITATION & COMPLIANCE
π« No Bypassing of Recruitment Fees
β’ Clients may not use referrals to circumvent recruitment agreements or engage candidates directly.
β’ Any attempt to bypass our hiring process will void the referral and may lead to legal or commercial action.
π« No Unauthorized Contact
β’ Clients and hiring companies may not directly contact referred candidates unless introduced by Countive Digital.
π Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a referral, you:
β’ Confirm the accuracy of your submission
β’ Acknowledge that all payments are discretionary and subject to these terms
β’ Waive any right to claim a bonus if eligibility conditions are not met
