The Company

Our client is a household brand and market leading capital equipment manufacturer that provide a range of state of the art / innovative commercial cleaning machines. Their customers heavily rely on their products and associated services as they offer cleaning equipment to companies' across a multitude of sectors including transport & logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, facilities management and the public sector.

The company are renowned for their unrivalled training and development programmes and successful recruits go often progress in Key / National Accounts and People Management. This organisation have exceptional staff attrition and have a very collaborative culture. This role has come about due to a recent internal promotion of a successful individual that has been with the business for approx. 2 years.

The Role

Due to an internal promotion our client are looking to recruit a field based Territory Sales Manager. You will be tasked with generating new business and managing existing accounts . Selling commercial cleaning equipment to companies you will manage accounts within the Transport & Logistics sector. Additionally, you will partner with companies within the Materials Handling sector who will act as a 're-seller' of your products. From time to time you will be responsible for demonstrating products to clients.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience of selling a product (open to sector) or services
  • Field sales experience with a drive to develop a career
  • Outgoing, dynamic and confident personality with a consultative sales approach
  • This role will be ideal for a career minded field sales professional that wants to represent a leading brand selling 'needed products.'
  • You will come with a solid track record but be on the upward curve. My client are looking for a talented individual they can work with and promote within a 2-3 year period (ambition is key).
  • Due to the level of the role this is likely to be suitable for a 2nd / 3rd jobber.

The Package

  • up to £32,000 plus uncapped
