  • This is a field / home based people management role covering the Midlands to the North of the Country.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will coach, develop and support a team of 7 field sales Area Sales Managers.
  • Develop revenue in your region.
  • 121's, coaching sessions, development plans for your team.
  • Recruitment and onboarding.

The Candidate for the Regional Sales Manager

  • People management experience of field sales team(s).
  • field sales people management in any industry will be considered
  • OR a superstar Area Sales Manager / field sales professional that has a strong desire to get into people management / coaching (ready to take the next step)
  • A stable / solid track record

The Package on offer for the Regional Sales Manager

  • £50,000 - £65,000
  • 25% OTE - bonus guaranteed for the first period
  • 25 days holiday plus stats that rises to 30 days with length of service
  • 5% company contribution pension
