The Role of Specification Sales Manager

• Identifying new build commercial specifications (winning, tracking and breaking specifications)
• To identify potential new specialist contractor customers and providing needed sales and training supporting to develop them into a buying customer.
• Deliver CPD presentations to promote solution and products to specifiers.
• Collaborate with internal departments, contractor and specifier to ensure specification is secured.

The Candidate for the Specification Sales Manager role

• Specification sales experience selling into specifiers / contractors
• Specification sales experience in external or building envelope products

The Package for the Specification Sales Manager

• £55,000 basic salary
• 30% OTE / Bonus
