The Role of - Internal Account Manager

  • This is an internal Account Manager / office based role
  • You will manage between 300-500 active / existing accounts (over the phone)
  • You will develop and build existing relationships with corporate and SME accounts / customers
  • As Internal Account Manager, you will up-sell and cross-sell additional services and products (gap selling)
  • You will make around 20 calls and work on incremental growth opportunities
  • You will be an integral part of the sales function and work collaboratively with your colleagues

The Requirements

  • Some account management / relationship management experience is advantageous
  • High Calibre graduates or graduate calibre individuals will be considered
  • Attitude is more important than experience

The Package on offer for the Internal Account Manager

  • up to £28,000 basic
  • 30% bonus plus over achievement bonus of 55%
