The Role of Retail Sales Manager

This is a field / home based role covering the South West and West Midlands. This role sits within the distribution side of the business and you will manage national DIY retailers including Home Base. Managing relationships at local branch level, you will support Branch Managers, Store Staff, Regional Managers and champion the companies leading range decorative products aiming to grow revenue spend within your existing account base.

The Candidate Retail Sales Manager

• Field Sales experience within the construction industry
• Or field sales experience -selling into a retail environment
• OR graduate calibre sales professional

Package

• up £30,000 - £40,000 basic dependent on experience plus 15% OTE
• 14% combined pension
• Hybrid company car
• 25 days annual leave + stats
