  • Mentor, coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and sales expertise
  • Receive investment to recruit and expand the team in Scotland, aiming to increase market share

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales people management role, within the plumbing and heating industry (experience in renewable energy e.g. heat pumps would be advantageous)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
