- Manage a team of Area Sales Managers who are responsible for managing plumbing and heating merchant accounts as well a driving demand with installers and contractors through effective sales strategies
- Mentor, coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and sales expertise
- Receive investment to recruit and expand the team in Scotland, aiming to increase market share

The Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales people management role, within the plumbing and heating industry (experience in renewable energy e.g. heat pumps would be advantageous)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
