The Role of Area Sales Manager
- As Area Sales Manager, you will promote our clients' range of high-end stylish KBB interior products
- Concentrating solely on developing relationships with independent plumbing & heating merchants and Buying Groups such as PHG, NBG, IPG, and UKPS
- Handling projects of different scales, ranging from £10k to £1m, depending on their size and scope.
- Developing relationships with Branch Manager's and Area Sales Manager's that work for Merchant partners
- Engaging with multiple ongoing projects, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities.
- The Area Sales Manager will inherit the companies best performing area that has excellent committed relationships with customers
- The Area Sales Manager will be tasked with developing an area that turning over £2.3M

The Candidate
Cultural fit / personality and attitude is fundamentally important - our client values 'fit' over industry experience
- Our client is looking for a minimum of 12 months face to face sales experience and a vibrant, energetic, positive character and natural relationship builder.
- Sales experience in KBB, plumbing & heating or interior products would be advantageous
- Our client will also consider a showroom based sales professional that is looking to progress into the field
- We would also welcome applicant's on the upward curve of their career that want to break into the KBB sector with a market leader
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
- £42,000 - £50,000 negotiable (depending on experience)
- 20% OTE / with an over achievement bonus of circa £10k
- Choice of electric or hybrid company car
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Option to buy or sell additional 5 days holiday
- 5% employer vs 3% employee pension
