The Role of Specification Sales Manager
- This is a field / home based specification sales role.
- As Specification Sales Manager, you will sell the companies' leading range of MVHR and HVAC products.
- This specification sales role will require a focus on targeting M&E contractors and M&E Consultants where you will identify, track and follow projects. You will use Barbour ABI and other tools to support you.
- You will then back sell through the electrical wholesaler channel.
- You will work on a mixture of refurb, retro-fit and new build projects.
- There is an excellent pipeline and strong existing relationships in place

The Candidate for the Specification Sales Manager - HVAC / MVHR
- HVAC background and / or have sold products such as heat recovery units, radiators, ventilation, fans, heat pumps, boilers, heating products, air conditioning or electrical products will be of interest
- We would be keen to talk to people that have sold into M&E Contractors OR M&E consultants
The package on offer for the Specification Sales Manager
- Up to £48,000 - £50,000
- 30% OTE
- Electric or Hybrid or opt out car allowance
- 25 days holiday plus stats
- Stakeholder pension
