The Role of Specification Sales Manager

• Field / home based role - winning and writing specifications selling roofing membrane and solutions 
• 100% specification role - with new build commercial projects
• Route to market - Architects & Main Contractors
• Delivering CPD'S to architects
• Tracking exciting commercial new build projects
• Reading technical drawings
• Maintaining and developing relationships with specifiers

The Candidate

• You must have sold a technical construction product into architects 
• You must have experience of winning and writing specifications
• Experience in delivering CPD presentations to architects

The Package

• £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
• £20k - £35k in OTE 
• Full electric vehicle (high spec Tesla equivalent) / car allowance
• 25 days holiday
