The Role of Specification Sales Manager
This is a home / field based role. As Specification Sales Manager, you will be working for one of the strongest brands in the industry selling flooring and flooring related products into A&D architects, Main Contractors and installers / sub-contractors. This multi faceted role will require your to gain appointments with architectural practices and deliver CPD presentations. You will then track projects through the Main & Sub Contractor (winning and breaking specifications). The incoming Specification Sales Manager will inherit a strong pipeline with pre-existing relationships in place. Your task will be to continue the success and leverage relationships with specifiers to continue growth in will establish area that is performing very well.
The Candidate
- Experience in selling interior products such as flooring, tiling partitions etc into A&D specifiers / architects is preferred.

- £45,000 - £50,000 basic
- uncapped OTE 30%
