Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
  • Create compelling, on-brand content including posts, graphics, and short-form videos tailored to various audiences
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to optimize strategy
  • Engage with our community, respond to comments/messages, and help build thought leadership within key industry circles
  • Collaborate with marketing, research, and executive teams to align content with organizational goals and campaigns
  • Track KPIs, generate monthly performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Support social listening and competitor analysis to inform positioning and outreach

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or B2B company
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (especially LinkedIn and X/Twitter) and their algorithms
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic video editing software
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to adapt strategies based on analytics and feedback
  • Interest or experience in tech, regulatory, media, or marketplace intelligence is a plus
