Crawford & Carruthers is searching for a young & dynamic Executive Chef with prior experience in the Maldives.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 5 - 8 Years Experience in Culinary Operations and in a Similar Capacity;
  2. Experience in a Luxury Resort Environment and/or Small Boutique Environment.
  3. Maldives/remote location experience advantageous;
  4. Excellent People & Staff Management skills.
  5. Passionate, creative & hands-on Chef;
  6. Attention to Detail;
  7. Set & Achieve high standards;
  8. Proven Progressive Career Path in Culinary;
  9. Great communicator with an outgoing personality;
  10. Comfortable in Front of House;
  11. Strong all-round Technical & Administrative skills;

Job Functions

  1. Reports to General Manager & part of the Management Team.
  2. Managing all aspects of the Culinary Department;
  3. Collaborate effectively with Food & Beverage Service Team;

Preferred Education

  1. Bachelors Degree in Culinary or Related Field
  2. Solid career paths essential;
