About the job Executive Chef
Crawford & Carruthers is searching for a young & dynamic Executive Chef with prior experience in the Maldives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 - 8 Years Experience in Culinary Operations and in a Similar Capacity;
- Experience in a Luxury Resort Environment and/or Small Boutique Environment.
- Maldives/remote location experience advantageous;
- Excellent People & Staff Management skills.
- Passionate, creative & hands-on Chef;
- Attention to Detail;
- Set & Achieve high standards;
- Proven Progressive Career Path in Culinary;
- Great communicator with an outgoing personality;
- Comfortable in Front of House;
- Strong all-round Technical & Administrative skills;
Job Functions
- Reports to General Manager & part of the Management Team.
- Managing all aspects of the Culinary Department;
- Collaborate effectively with Food & Beverage Service Team;
Preferred Education
- Bachelors Degree in Culinary or Related Field
- Solid career paths essential;
