About the Role

We at Creador Foundation drive Multiply, an edutech platform-focused on creating awareness and disseminating personal and

business finance knowledge to low and lower-middle-income households. Multiply aspires to enable and empower these

communities so that they can make informed financial decisions and build resilience in the face of economic vulnerabilities. We

also drive Schola which is a FREE digital platform revolutionizing career guidance, guiding students through the school-to-career

transition.

The UI/UX Designer role is turn our platform into easy-to-use products for our audiences. You will work closely with the Senior

Designer, Associates, Programme Managers/Vice Presidents in the preparation of relevant materials and deliverables for

Multiply and across multiple initiatives of the foundation.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:

Qualification: A Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, visual communication or related field such as Multimedia

Design, Advertising, Fine Arts.

Passion for Social Impact: A deep commitment to making a difference in society and enthusiasm for empowering

others through education (both in financial education and career guidance)

Experience: 2-5 years of experience with proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.

Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative designs and content that capture the audience's

attention.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in designing tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and

platforms and stay updated on latest technologies.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex

ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong Collaborator: Ever willing to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.

Work Discipline: Strong work ethics in every aspect as well as delivering quality work in a timely manner.

Job scope

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team and/or product managers.

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.

Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

Create and/or work with the graphic design team to create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Identify, troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
