Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize shore excursions for guests at different ports of call

- Collaborate with local tour operators to create unique and exciting excursion options

- Ensure all excursions are in line with company standards and regulations

- Monitor excursion bookings and make necessary changes or adjustments as needed

- Communicate with guests to provide information and answer any questions or concerns about excursions

- Manage excursion budget and expenses

- Coordinate transportation, equipment, and other logistics for excursions

- Conduct regular evaluations of excursion providers to ensure high-quality services

- Handle any issues or complaints related to excursions and provide solutions in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new excursion opportunities

- Train and supervise excursion staff to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of different ports of call and popular excursion options

- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures

- Budget management skills

- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
