Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all slot machines on board the cruise ship
- Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure machines are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with slot machines
- Perform upgrades and updates to slot machines as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Train and assist other crew members on basic slot machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity related to slot machines
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the casino
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Slot Technician
- Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical components of slot machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
